1. I get a message stating Windows Cannot Open This File when opening the "SSLiA Self Menu"

Issue:
I get a message stating Windows Cannot Open This File when opening the "SSLiA Self Menu".

Solution:

    1. Using your mouse, right click on the SSLiA Self Menu File
    2. Choose "Open With"
    3. From the "Choose the program you want to open this file with" select Internet Explorer
    4. Click "Ok"
    5. The file will now open in Internet Explorer

2. The links in the SSLiA Self Menu are not responsive or result in a blank page

Issue:
You have clicked on the links to the lessons in the menu and they are not responding or result in a blank page.

Solution:

    1. Look for a yellow warning message near the top of the browser window stating that Internet Explorer has blocked scripts or Active X Controls from running on your computer
    2. Left click on the warning message with your mouse
    3. Select "Allow Blocked Content" OR  Make sure your web-browser is set to allow or run Active X Controls
    4. You receive a "Removable Disk" message

You receive a "Removable Disk" message after inserting the USB drive into an available USB port on your computer.

Solution:

    1. Click "Cancel" to disregard the message and continue.

Solution:

  1. Click "Ok" to disregard the message and continue.
