First, confirm that you qualify for and have received an activation code. To receive an activation code, you must have been trained in one of Blanchard's programs and have received an app activation code as a part of your training program. Second, verify that the activation code and your email address were entered correctly when prompted on the activation screen. If you are copying/pasting your activation code, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. The activation code and email address fields are not case sensitive.
If it still does not unlock, request verification from your company training admin that you received the correct activation code, or submit a request for assistance.
