I can’t unlock my app—what do I do?

  • First, confirm that you qualify for and have received an activation code. To receive an activation code, you must have been trained in one of Blanchard's progams that uses the SLII® Model and have received an app activation code as a part of your training program. If you would like to learn more about SLII, visit our Web site for more information.
  • Second, verify that the activation code and your email address were entered correctly when prompted on the activation screen. If you are copying /pasting your activation code,  make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. The activation code and email address fields are not case sensitive.

  • If it still does not unlock, request verification from your company training admin that you received the correct activation code, or submit a request for assistance.
