You are likely clicking on a link someone may have forwarded to you, instead of the link you should have received directly from email@example.com. If that is case, go to www.blanchardexchange.com and click the "Forgot password?" link under the "Sign In" button. Once you enter your email address and click on "Reset Password", a link will be emailed to you allowing you to reset the password for your Blanchard Exchange account.
