I didn't receive an email to access Blanchard Exchange - what do I do?

If you do not receive your invitation email from Blanchard Exchange, check any spam/junk mail folders for an email from noreply@blanchardexchange.com.  If you still cannot locate it, you can have your account password reset to get you access to your account. 

Go to www.blanchardexchange.com and click the "Forgot password?" link under the "Sign In" button.  Once you enter your email address and click on "Reset Password", a link will be emailed to you allowing you to reset the password for your Blanchard Exchange account.

If you still do not receive an email from noreply@blanchardexchange.com, you may need to reach out to your IT department for assistance.
