You have registered for access, but still cannot access the tools 

Issue:

This will happen when you are not logged in to kenblanchard.com.

Solution:

Click the "Login/Register" button in the upper right corner of the page 
Input the email address and password you used to register with 
Click the "Login" button 
Verify that are logged in (i.e. "Welcome Guest User") 
If necessary, return to the SLII Electronic Tool Kit page -http://www.kenblanchard.com/producttools/slii/ae/ and input the redeem code 
If you do not wish to register for access, you may still access the tools by logging in as a "Guest User". To do so, input the email address and password provided below into the login page.

Email address: guest@kenblanchard.com 
Password: guest 
Return to the SLII Electronic Tool Kit page -http://www.kenblanchard.com/producttools/slii/ae/ and input the redeem code 

Note: Cookies must be enabled to access the SLII EL Toolkit. If after trying the above steps, you are not able to access, you may need to adjust your browser's privacy (cookies) settings. For Internet Explorer users follow the instructions below or contact your internal help desk for assistance.

Within Internet Explorer click on "Tools" in the upper left 
From the drop down menu select "Internet Options" 
In the "Internet Options" window, click on the "privacy" tab 
Set your browser's privacy settings to medium or medium high and click "Apply"
