The project overview screen provides a series of information, including:
- The project name (entered by the administrator) (Figure 1-1)
- The last date the project was either created/updated along with the Administrator who set up the project** (Figure 1-2)
- A "Switch Course" button for and a quick overview of overall completion rates (Figure 1-3)
- A "Preview" button to view the course as a learner (Figure 1-4)
A summary of completion rates are also included with a breakdown of the following (Figure 1-5):
- Not Started - The number of participants who have not started their course
- In Progress - The number of participants who are in progress
- On Track* - The number of participants who are meeting their assignment deadlines
- Overdue - The number of participants who have not completed an assignment (or assignments) following the assignment('s) deadline
- Completed - The number of participants who have completed all assignments within a course
*Important: Please be aware that the completion rates are based on an entire course, and not just prework. Some courses may contain additional fieldwork assignments and even post-session resources that can be tracked by Blanchard Exchange following training events. The "On Track" indicator will provide the best summary indication of overall assignment completions based on deadlines.
**Tip: You can email the Project Administrator through your personal email by selecting their name.
The project overview screen also includes icons to access additional project details:
- People (Figure 2-1)
- Progress (Figure 2-2)
- Assignments (Figure 2-3)
- Communications (Figure 2-4)
- Preview (Figure 2-5)
People: Displays the roster of participants and team members associated with the project. After selecting the "People" icon, the names and email addresses of all individuals associated with the project will be displayed. The top of the roster will includes links to filter by "All" (default), "Learners" (the participants), and "Others" (Team Members, such as Trainers that have been added by the administrator).
Selecting any name on the roster will pull up a new screen with both an icon to email that user directly along with that individual's completion status for any projects in which they've been added. There is also a section to show any projects that individual may be associated with as a Team Member.
Progress: This screen provides a breakdown of learner progress.
The default option, "By Activity" (Figure 3-1), lists all assignments along with the number of learners within the project who have completed that assignment. There are links to filter by "All" (default), "Uncompleted", and "Completed" (completed lists assignments that all learners in the group have completed) (Figure 3-3).
Select an assignment name to see the roster of learners along with who has completed the assignment (indicated by a checkmark) compared to learners who have not finished the assignment (indicated by a dash) (Figure 4).
There is also an option to view progress "By Learner" (Figure 3-2), which is based on each individual's completion in the project. There are links to filter by "All" (default), "Not Started", "In Progress", and "Completed".
Select a learner's name to see all assignments being tracked along with whether that learner has completed those assignments (note that live events also show on this screen, but are not counted towards completion) (Figure 5).
You will also be able to access a learner's profile by selecting "Learner Details" (Figure 5-1) and will even be able to view when that learner last logged into this course in Blanchard Exchange, along with the last time that learner was sent an email from Blanchard Exchange (Figure 5-2).
Assignments: This section provides a breakdown of integrated product reports (such as feedback reports from integrated assessments like the LBAII Self, DISC, etc...). The default view, "By Assignment", will show all individual integrated assessments associated with the project. There are links to filter by "All" (default), "Uncompleted", and "Completed".
Select an assignment to bring up a list of all learners in the project. If the learner has completed the assessment, their feedback report will show to the right of their name. Select the name of the assessment to the right of the learner's name to access their feedback report.
There is a second option to view reports "By Learner". Selecting this option will also bring up a list of additional filters, including "All" (default), "Not Started", "In Progress", and "Completed".
Select a learner's name to see all integrated completed assessments. To open a learner's feedback report, select the name of the report (Figure 7-1). You can also access the learner's profile by selecting "Learner Details" (Figure 7-2).
To see the content of a communication, find the name of an individual under a scheduled record and select their name (Figure 8). As you'll notice, emails grouped together will generally have the same content, with the exception being unique identifiers such as a learner's name, email address, etc...
Note the "Show All" button to the right of communication records to see all individuals that were sent the communication. Also note the "Show More" button on the bottom of the list to see additional communication records related to the project.
Preview: View the course/materials associated with the project just as participants see them (Figure 9). This preview provides the same course view that Learners experience and also provides direct access to most products/files in the course***.
|***Note: Integrated Blanchard products, such as integrated assessments or eLearning modules, will not be accessible in this view. If you don't already have access to these products as a Learner and need access to them, an Administrator for your organization will need to assign a set of credits to you in order to set you up as a Learner.|
