It is now possible to create groups and subgroups within Blanchard Exchange, allowing lists of users to be saved for use with future projects.
Once a group and/or subgroup is created, the group can then be selected under any project's Group tab (located under the Participants tab of the project), allowing you to enroll all users associated with that group within multiple projects.
This new feature allows Administrators to assign existing users to groups and subgroups while being able to place custom names/labels on those groups.
Group (Main) - Sales
Subgroup #1 - Eastern Sales Division, Subgroup #2 - Central Sales Division, etc...
