Classes are created in Blanchard Online Learning to distribute content and organize groups of learners. The following outlines the steps for setting up a class:
- Select the Admin drop-down menu, followed by selecting Classes (Figure 1)
- Select Add
- Complete the following fields:
a. Order – Select the order number as instructed by Blanchard associate
b. Class Name – Recommend adding a date (month/year) to the name for tracking
c. Enrollment Start/End Date – This date dictates the period of time that the admin can make changes to the cohort. Dates populate automatically and do not need to be modified.
d. Seats – Number of participants in the cohort. This number cannot exceed the number of available seats for the order (Figure 2)
- Select Submit
- Select Classes either from the left-hand navigation or by selecting "Classes" option under the Admin tab at the top of the screen.
- Note the “Coupon Code” found in the last column by either writing it down or copying/pasting (Figure 3)
