This error typically occurs when attempting to view a video on Blanchard Exchange and there is not enough bandwidth available to connect to our streaming media provider.
The most-common causes stem from connecting to your organization's network through a VPN tunnel or connecting through a proxy server. Disabling your connection to either, followed by attempting to re-watch the video, will usually result in successful playback.
Note that you may additionally need to switch browsers after disabling your VPN client or connection through a proxy server before the video will play.
Other causes of this issue can include:
- Poor WiFi connectivity: Switch to an Ethernet connection, if possible, or try connecting to a different WiFi network with a stronger signal.
- Slow internet connection: If you are connected to a network with a slow internet connection, you may need to try connecting to a different network.
